Jungian Depth Psychology

Jungian depth psychology offers a warm, compassionate way of understanding the human psyche. It helps illuminate the unconscious patterns that shape our emotional life, relationships, and sense of purpose. My work draws from this tradition in a grounded, embodied way—supporting women in navigating anxiety and fear, welcoming LGBTQ+ individuals seeking a safe and affirming space, and helping those living with chronic illness or pain feel more at home in their bodies. I also support people in clarifying life direction and healing relational patterns that no longer serve. Through an embodied approach that honors the whole person, I help individuals listen to the deeper movements within themselves so that psychological integration and inner awakening can unfold naturally and with greater ease.
My somatic approach supports healing from chronic symptoms through repressed emotions and the body’s own capacity to restore balance. With awareness practices, gentle body methods, and emotional acceptance, we create a safe environment for releasing held energy, reducing symptoms, and allowing authentic healing.
Dreamwork
Dreams offer a direct window into the unconscious. They reveal what the psyche is attempting to integrate, release, or understand. My approach to dreamwork is rooted in Jungian principles but held within the broader context of embodied awakening.
My Background
I hold a doctorate in depth psychology and somatic studies and have decades of experience working with Jungian theory, dreamwork, and symbolic understanding. This foundation continues to inform my teaching and the way I support others in their unfolding.
