Welcome
I offer a presence‑based approach to counseling that weaves together depth psychology, somatic awareness, and a grounded understanding of our inner life. My work supports you in slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and finding clarity and steadiness in the midst of whatever life is bringing forward.
Rather than treating the mind, emotions, body, and relationships as separate, I work from the understanding that they are expressions of one living process. My background in depth psychology, dreamwork, awakening, and contemplative practice allows me to meet you on multiple levels at once — psychologically, somatically, and spiritually — in a way that feels integrated, human, and deeply attuned.
My work also includes an ecopsychological perspective, recognizing the healing and stabilizing role of our relationship with the natural world.
Whether you’re seeking support with stress, emotional intensity, relationship patterns, life transitions, or a desire for deeper inner coherence, I offer a space where you can explore your experience with warmth, clarity, and presence.
BACKGROUND:
My work is shaped by more than three decades of study in depth psychology, somatic awareness, nondual awakening, dreamwork, and contemplative practice. I’ve always been drawn to the places where psychology, the body, and the deeper dimensions of human experience meet — and this continues to guide how I support clients today.
I hold a PhD in Depth Psychology and Somatic Studies from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and my training at One Spirit Learning Alliance in New York deepened my appreciation for the unity of psyche, body, and spirit. These foundations allow me to meet people on multiple levels at once — psychologically, somatically, and spiritually — in a way that feels integrated, grounded, and human.
Over the years, I’ve taught more than two hundred courses on dreams and the unconscious, and I remain an active member of the International Association for the Study of Dreams. My earlier work centered on depth psychology, symbolic understanding, and embodied awareness; these threads now support my presence‑based approach to counseling and integration.
My background also includes inter‑spiritual training and long engagement with contemplative and nondual teachings. While these influences inform my work, my approach is contemporary and relational — focused on helping people find clarity, steadiness, and coherence in their everyday lives.
I’m the author of three books, including Dreams: Soul‑Centered Living in the 21st Century. My current writing explores Stillness, the nervous system, and the possibility of inner stability in a time of collective stress and uncertainty.
