Dream Inquiry

Phone & Zoom Session for Understanding Your Nighttime Dreams

Dreams offer a direct window into the unconscious. They reveal what the psyche is attempting to integrate, release, or understand. Each dream reflects the interplay between body, emotion, and psyche — illuminating what seeks balance or expression in your waking life.

When consciousness rests, deeper aspects of self emerge through symbolic imagery, emotion, and story. Dreams bring forward what is ready to be seen: unresolved feelings, hidden potentials, and the movements of the soul toward wholeness. Even when dreams are forgotten, this inner process continues, guiding the psyche toward integration and healing.

My approach to dreamwork is rooted in Jungian depth psychology and supported by somatic awareness. Together, we explore your dreams as living expressions of the psyche — not to interpret them from the outside, but to listen from within. This process can clarify life direction, ease emotional tension, and deepen your relationship with your inner life.

I offer 60‑ and 90‑minute phone or Zoom sessions to support you in understanding your nighttime dreams. Fees: $160 for sixty minutes, $200 for ninety minutes. Payment is due before your session.

I’ve been working with Laura for about 8 months now — she has been instrumental in my personal, professional, emotional and spiritual growth. Through Jungian dream analysis with Laura I have gained tremendous self insight. To think where I was 8 months ago and where I am now — just amazing.

I have gained so much understanding of my own dreams, my nature, my goals and aspirations and what to do to find my unique path in life. I have gained so much understanding of my own emotions, dreams, aspirations and I have learned so much more about my own dreams as well as human psychology in general.

Laura is amazingly insightful, compassionate, accepting but also honest and challenges you to be your best self. She has been tremendously helpful in my life. It’s nice to know that there’s someone to help me understand myself and what I’m going through and that someone is as wise and kind as Laura.

I would recommend her highly for any dream analysis, she is the best! R. S., Dallas, TX

I have had multiple dream inquiry sessions with Dr. Grace by phone and every time, I walk away with incredible insight. Her dream sessions have helped me understand a recurring dream I’ve had since childhood–I had no idea how powerful they were until I worked with her. Donna Kennedy, Santa Barbara, CA

After having a series of nightmares that were frightening to look at, I finally contacted Laura and scheduled a Skype session. I was blown away by how much information my nightmares were telling me about my partner and our relationship!  Working with Laura was the platform we needed to address some issues that were keeping us from having the intimate, loving connection we once had. I also learned that nightmares are “helpful” and not scary to look at if you see them correctly.  Joanne Stacey, Portland, OR

After hearing Laura speak at a Jungian organization, I decided to book a session with her by phone. She took a dream that seemed very complicated and helped me see how straight forward it was about a health problem I was struggling with. I had no idea I even had this problem! Finally, I get how to make sense of my dreams. John Silva, San Luis Obispo, CA

Like Laura’s book on dreams, she takes something abstract and confusing and puts into a very practical framework that makes a hello of a lot of sense. For years I couldn’t remember my dreams and even when I did, I ignored them because they didn’t make any sense to me. Now I’m writing them down at least once a week and seeing how they apply to my every day life. John Vandross, Grand Rapids, MI
